Washing time usually takes 1-2 business days depending on the number of clothes and fabric type. We will provide updates via SMS at each stage of the process.
Yes, we accept clothes made of special fabrics such as silk, cotton, and linen. However, please inform us of the fabric type before sending your clothes so we can adjust the washing process accordingly.
You can order laundry services through our website, by visiting Oemah Laundry in Cilacap directly, or by calling/WhatsApping us. We also offer pickup and delivery services for regular customers.
There are no additional fees for dry cleaning services. The listed price includes all processes, including drying and ironing.
If your clothes get damaged due to our process error, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.
